Role within the operations team dealing with both proportional and non proportional business for Lloyds, Lirma and direct business- Conduct quarterly EPI reviews on proportional deals with the underwriter to ensure that the deal is on track and any adjustments or chasers are done in a timely fashion- Reviewed quarterly bordereau’s to ensure that any headline losses were noted and recorded separately- Provided agreement to brokers for quarterly statements to enable them to submit and process payment via Xchanging- Responsible for the allocation of emessages as well as direct cash to ensure they are allocated to the correct policies- Dealt with cash in suspense queries to ensure that any aged cash is allocated to the correct policy with all bookings being done- Setting up of proportional and non proportional treaty reinsurance for various lines of business including Credit, Aviation, Casualty, Property etc- Use of SICS, REMS, IMR as part of the role- Provide additional support to team and other staff when required.
