Branch Head of Prototype Systems Integration Branch that I helped architect during a division reorganization. As a major stake holder during the reorganization, I was responsible for helping define new teams and roles in an effort to streamline team management, create more focus functional teams, drive towards future division vison, and develop new positions. The new division consists of a 10 member team of mechanical, electrical, and RF engineers developing, fabricating, integrating, and testing prototype hardware on airborne and ground platforms. Direct responsibilities include developing strategic plans, leading business development efforts, selecting and implementing policies and software tools,and teaching and growing junior team members.
