   As Executive Director of the Southeast Crescent Regional Commission (SCRC), a federal and multi-state partnership spanning seven states, Chris leads the agency’s strategic, operational, and fiscal transformation to deliver inclusive economic growth across historically distressed communities. He has repositioned the Commission from dormancy to impact, rebuilding trust with state and federal stakeholders, executing the inaugural funding round, and operationalizing scalable systems aligned with state and federal priorities. Christopher led the rapid deployment of a $6.5M USDA partnership, transforming an unstructured funding opportunity into a fully functioning grant program in under 90 days—resulting in 6 of 7 projects receiving full notice to proceed within the first quarter.
