I have a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) credential and a master\'s degree in applied psychology, with a specialization in applied behavior analysis.I have more than 10 years of experience in leading, managing, and supporting a team of over 50 clinicians and administrative staff across multiple departments and locations. I am skilled in ensuring compliance with insurance requirements, monitoring contract utilization and KPIs, auditing medical notes, and facilitating communication and collaboration among various stakeholders.
