As the President and Chief Operating Officer at WEST BEND TRANSIT & SERVICE COMPANY, I lead one of the oldest continuous operating authorities in the industry, celebrating 115 years of service. I was brought in to conduct a comprehensive review of the company, including creating a sales pipeline, revamping our safety journey, restructuring our management team, refining lean principles and six sigma initiatives, and assuming full P&L responsibility.With over 30 years of experience in supply chain strategy and management, I have a proven track record of driving growth, innovation, and excellence in various roles. I have been recognized as a Road to Excellence Winner and a Leading for the Future Graduate, demonstrating my commitment to continuous learning and improvement. I am passionate about leveraging my skills in supply chain management, warehouse management, logistics management and risk mitigation to deliver value to our customers and stakeholders.
