I am currently on secondment with one of Mills & Reeve\'s key clients and work to support their in-house employment law team in all aspects of employment tribunal litigation. Key Responsibilities include:• Drafting - court papers, instructions to counsel and experts, forms, application notices, pre-trial checklists/information sheets, use precedents, and witness statements amongst other documentation.• Prepare and manage documents - paginate, index, list documents, assist with disclosure, prepare bundles, reports, letters of engagement.• Undertake due diligence activities including the checking, collation, management and cross-referencing of documents.• Making court appearances on behalf of the client and attend tribunal hearings whilst also take notes. • Conduct research on the latest legal procedures, case law, online checks, reports, and precedents.

ABOUT CHRISTOPHER GRAY
I\'m currently working as a Paralegal on secondment with Jaguar Land Rover supporting their in-house employment law team in all aspects of employment tribunal litigation. I\'m responsible for liaising with Jaguar Land Rover\'s HR case management teams in collating relevant papers to respond to employment tribunal claims. I also act as a liaison between the HR and legal team during the disclosure exercise. I meet witnesses and assist in the preparation of witness statements. I also attend employment tribunal hearings and support the representatives conducting the advocacy.I graduated from Aston University with a first-class degree in Law with Management. I am currently undertaking the LLM Legal Practice (Solicitors) course part-time at BPP University in Birmingham whilst working full-time.
