ABOUT CHRISTOPHER GRAWERT
I have been working in the chemicals industry since early 2018, where I am currently a human factors trainer. My main focus here is on human behaviour and interaction in high risk environments. Outside the training environment, I have been spending time in our plants to support the implementation process and deepen my understanding of our production facilities. Coming from a psychology background, I take a huge interest in human factors. I have greatly profited from spending time with plant managers and our colleagues working in production. My biggest surprise has been how simple communication tools can prevent tragic outcomes.
