As an Account Manager, I have had the opportunities to work with various clients (Fortune 500) CMM Level 5 in services & product based companies like WIPRO, CAPGEMINI, NTT DATA etc.I have a keen ability to analyze data and market trends, allowing me to provide my clients with strategic insights and recommendations for growth. I take pride in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring that my clients feel heard and valued.In my current role, I am responsible for managing a portfolio of clients, conducting regular check-ins. I work closely with our sales & delivery team to ensure that our clients are receiving the best possible experience and that we are meeting their expectations.Prior to my current role, I worked as an Strategic Account Manager for a variety of companies in different industries as an implant, including, technology and retail domain. This diverse experience has equipped me with a broad understanding consultative approach to account management.I oversee the Technology staffing division at Kasmo Technologies, where we provide extensive support to customers.
