Technical Services Engineer - Airbus A320 family, Boeing 757 and 767.• Assessment and processing of Airworthiness Directives and Service Bulletins for applicability.• Production of technical documentation for accurate accomplishment of AD’s and Service Bulletins.• Assessment and processing of other documents to include but no limited to: manufacturers’ information bulletins, Service Information Letters, Alternate Means of Compliance statements, TFU’s, OIT’s, SBIT’s• Remain conversant with Human Factors and the impact on maintenance personnel when producing work requests. • Reliability programme support to include the analysis of failures and possible trend identification. Production of quarterly reliability reports for presentation at reliability meetings.• Analysis of Technical Delays, with a view to rectifying repetitive defects where exhaustive trouble shooting has failed to find the cause.• Investigating component failures in liaison with the manufacturer and implement corrective actions to improve reliability.• Technical Liaison with internal departments and external contacts – Manufacturers, Vendors, MRO’s• ASR, MOR and GOR processing.• Maintaining up to date technical knowledge on my nominated fleet type through the attendance of Technical Symposiums/System Conferences.• Support the introduction of Aircraft to our own or customer fleets by processing historical or manufacturer’s documentation. Ensuring compliance with all mandatory documents before entry into service.• Requesting changes to the aircraft maintenance program based on reliability or in service experience.• Knowledge of Continued Airworthiness requirements, EASA Part 145 requirements, EASA Part M and EASA Part 21 G&J.• Conversant with Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook. In house MRO software – AMOS, Flight Data playback through Aerobytes and Incident reporting via AQD.
