With over 14 years of experience in Field Service Engineering, I am passionate about providing high-quality service and support for medical devices and robotics, especially for the innovative robotic surgery systems developed by Intuitive. As a Field Service Engineer IV, I work with a diverse and collaborative team of engineers, technicians, and clinical specialists to install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair da Vinci Surgical systems and Ion Endoluminal systems in various healthcare settings. I also train and mentor new and existing Field Service Engineers, and share best practices and feedback with the engineering and product development teams. I have developed strong technical, communication, and problem-solving skills, as well as a deep understanding of the clinical and operational aspects of Robotic Assisted Surgery (RAS) and Robotic Assisted Bronchoscopy (RAB). I am committed to advancing the field of Minimally Invasive Surgery (MIS) and improving patient outcomes, while adhering to the highest standards of safety, quality, and compliance.
