My practice focuses on multi party commercial litigation including aviation defense, defense of mass and toxic torts, product liability, class-actions (consumer, labor/employment, data privacy and cybersecurity) and insurance. I develop innovative and cost-effective strategies for risk minimization in both litigation and corporate transactions. My clients include domestic airlines, international transportation carriers, and food and chemical manufacturers sued in multimillion dollar product liability suits. In addition, I have for 20 years represented domestic and foreign insurers, and public and private companies in the professional services and consumer services industries.
