The FCDO rolled out Oracle Fusion under the Hera banner which covered Finance, Procurement, HR, Learn and a number of other modules.Tasks included: • Prepared training database with user accounts and standing data required for training courses and learning materials• Developed training curriculum and training materials for Core Finance Users (Procure to Pay)• Delivered training to Core Finance Users (Procure to Pay)• Delivered training, “show-and-tell” and other sessions to groups as required• Provided support to PUS, Directors and their teams as required• Worked with Hera Learning Team and the wider programme to create and agree design standards for videos, OGL and documentation• Worked with the programme and business to create and refine documentation supporting system users• Created and managed a library of Hera related videos using Camtasia• Created and managed a library of Hera related e-learning materials using Oracle Guided Learning (OGL)• Responded to queries and feedback from colleagues in the Programme, Hera Service, FCDO and FCDO Services
