My commitment to training and professional development began as a nuclear power plant operations instructor and continued through leading teams of five to thirty individuals, earning recognition as the Number One Navigator. I continue to employ these priorities at Fiserv, building my team and providing significant, positive impacts on our clients.Two leadership experiences stand out: watching my team seamlessly take over responsibilities I trained them for and stepping into my superior’s role, demonstrating my adaptability.
