I am a digital Product innovation leader with expertise uniting disparate teams in diverse industries, collaboratively generating new and innovative ideas. I take concepts from 0 to 1, iterate, and scale them from 1 to n. I am fluent in creating new features from scratch, or revamping existing ones following User Centered Design principles honed at the world renowned design firm IDEO.Culturally I have particular experience helping larger firms like Capital One or Macy’s seeking to break out of existing constraints through focused \"skunkworks\", and with more established industries now pushing into the modern era of software development. In all cases, I deploy human-centered design, rapid prototyping, user engagement, strategic iteration, and stakeholder wargaming to drive results. I bring outsized value to organizations by growing inclusive cultures of innovation—where everyone is empowered to contribute their ideas, initiative, and skills to the success of the project. To date, I have led successful product, design, and innovation teams in financial services, medical devices, government, employment, energy, and even children’s toys. And, throughout, I\'ve taught CEOs and senior leaders how to generate ideas at speed and bring them to market with confidence.
