   I love my role in Merchant Fraud, as I get blend hardcore data analysis and client relationship management on a daily basis. In broad strokes, our goal is to optimize fraud strategies for our clients that maximize fraud detection, while minimizing friction on genuine customers. But the fraud strategy is only one part of the story: communication of our strategy with clients and relevant stakeholders is arguably even more important. I manage more than a dozen clients, that process more than $6 Billion in combined ecommerce sales annually, so communicating our successes and incorporating their feedback is just as important as staying one step ahead of the latest fraud trend.
