In my career I have had extensive exposure to numerous optimization programs in multiple locations which keeps me pro-active and able to keep numerous plates spinning without losing focus on the employees and customer requirements. As a proven leader, I am able to quickly establish relationships with a team to motivate them to exceed expectations by demonstrating high standards of work practices while having a service conscious attitude. I always encourage colleagues to work cross functionally, and not stop at the boundaries of their job description.
