The BLC a family farm partnership located in south eastern Washington state near Walla Walla. It was established by Christopher\'s great grandfather Charles Broughton. Operations include dryland farming of wheat, pulse corp like peas, and other grains along with alfalfa hay. It also includes cattle operations along with tree farming and timber production. The BLC won WA Tree Farmers of the year in 1989/90 and has planted over trees as part of the land stewardship management practices.
