I am a Business Management Economics student at the University of California Santa Cruz. With 6+ years of operation planning in the airline industry under my belt, I’ve sharpened my communication and problem-solving skills. During my time there, I learned the importance of providing exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction.Currently doing COOP data analytics apprenticeship, taking online data analytics certifications, where I am developing data analyst skills such as Excel, SQL, Power BI, Tableau, data visualization, and Google Analytics through hands-on experience in a motiving classroom setting.My passion for data analytics ignited when I took data analytics online courses and college classes, such as Business Information Systems and Beginning Programming in Python. Different courses and projects have helped me develop a keen interest in becoming a data analyst.As an analytic data apprentice, I aim to secure a position where I can apply and continue to develop my skills in these areas.
