   I am privileged to serve as Vice President and Legal Counsel for St. Luke’s Physician Group and Associate General Counsel for St. Luke’s University Health Network, where I counsel key stakeholders to help advance our mission of delivering exceptional, patient-centered care through thoughtful legal strategy and collaborative leadership.In this role, I oversee the legal and operational aspects of provider contracting, compensation, acquisitions, and compliance for St. Luke’s Physician Group (as of July 2025, approximately 2,300 employed providers). Working closely with senior leadership, including the SVP and General Counsel, I focus on building fair, transparent, and compliant frameworks that support our providers and sustain the Network’s continued growth. I also serve as a trusted advisor to the Physician Group’s executive (administrative and clinical) team, guiding initiatives that balance innovation, fiscal responsibility, and regulatory integrity.I’m deeply committed to cultivating a culture of partnership and accountability—empowering teams, enhancing processes, and ensuring our legal and business strategies align with our broader organizational goals.
