I\'m an experienced health care deal attorney with decades of transactions under my belt exclusively in the healthcare space representing both investors and companies up and down the capital stack from seed to buyout. I take a lot pride in being very commercial and practical in my advice in an area that has numerous regulatory complexities that require careful balancing of business strategy and compliance. I work hard to balance those interests to achieve client objectives. I have also a) managed Board and related meetings for investor owned and foreign owned US healthcare entities and b) actively made seed and angel investments as part of an investor group focused exclusively in healthcare.While my experience spans several sectors including healthcare services, medical devices, pharma, digital health, payor/provider partnerships and value-based care models, I have particular depth in behavioral health, substance use disorder, concierge medicine, and the full spectrum of outpatient care including home health, palliative care and hospice. I bring years of experience to assist business executives and investors in creating operating models that are both achievable and compliant.

   I\'m a transactions lawyer with Foley & Lardner LLP, a member of Foley’s Health Care Practice Group (and former Co-Chair from 20••••21), a member of the firm’s Private Equity & Venture Capital Practice, and a member of the firm wide Leadership Advisory Committee for the Health Care and Life Science Sector. I focus on advising investors, both strategic and financial, in mergers and acquisitions, recapitalizations, buyouts, growth investments and restructurings, as well as advising on a broad range of commercial arrangements. I have particular experience in the health service, outpatient, digital health, and behavioral health areas. My work on the buy side includes representing some of the largest PE firms in the US, health plans, venture investors and health systems across a broad array of deal areas from physician practices to AI, SAAS, tech enabled home health, SUD/OUD, hospice/palliative care, remote patient monitoring, new medically -home models and behavioral health.
