About Christopher Dominy

I am a former enlisted infantryman in the United States Marine Corps and a graduate of The Ohio State University: Max M Fisher College of Business. I spent 7 years working in Amazon.com\'s supply chain. During my time at Amazon, I launched 5 large fulfillment centers, leading teams of 50 to more than 1,500 associates in an operations capacity. I also spent time with our Process Engineering Organization as a Senior Leader. I led a team of brilliant process engineers, driving efficiency and cost in our outbound processes across all of North America, and drove many highly impactful projects with wide reaching impact across the entire fulfillment and transportation value stream. I also had the opportunity to coach and develop many high level leaders along the way, from area managers to site leaders.To wrap up my time at Amazon, I led performance initiatives across our middle mile supply chain, and worked to improve the carrier experience, root out quality defects, and drive delivery accuracy performance in North America, saving millions in the process. I spent time leading the central operations organization at Alto Pharmacy, the fastest growing and leading pharmacy competing in the digital space. I now lead business transformation efforts for Chobani!
