About Christopher Dipompeo
I am a partner in Willkie’s Restructuring and Litigation Departments, and serve as Co-Chair of the Bankruptcy Litigation practice. My practice focuses on bankruptcy-related disputes and litigation arising out of all types of financial distress. I have represented major creditors, debtors and shareholders in some of the most significant corporate reorganizations in the United States. I have also counseled clients and litigated issues related to liability management exercises, and I regularly advise manufacturers in disputes with distressed suppliers and customers, both inside and outside of bankruptcy. I have been recognized as a “Top 40 Under 40” restructuring professional by the American Bankruptcy Institute and as a “Rising Star” in Washington, D.C, by The National Law Journal. Earlier in my career, I served as a law clerk for Chief Justice John G. Roberts, Jr, at the United States Supreme Court and for Judge Paul V. Niemeyer on the United Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit.
