About Christopher Dendler

My passion is helping others in their pursuit of a better life. I have spent my career with the same goal in mind. Over the last 11 years, I have improved my skill set through both formal education and work experience, gaining a bachelor\'s degree in health promotion, and wellness management, and through the various roles that I\'ve held in the fitness, and experiential retail management.In my most recent role, I was able to showcase many of my skills in order to build a top-tier customer experience. I helped to develop protocols for our recovery services to adapt to new research and client\'s goals. I led onboarding and coaching for more than 50 employees on service safety and delivery, customer interactions, overcoming objections, and client retention. I oversaw a team of 5 managers, and educated them on KPIs, team building, achieving sales goals, and community building. Most importantly, I was able to build a culture that focused on innovation in the world of health and wellness by empowering our team to lead from a place of authenticity.
