I love what I do! Been Building Generative AI for Omni Channel Activations at fast growing P&C as lead architect for the person insurance LoB Was leading 9 agile squads across Marketing and Retail evolutions. Revamping the customer data platform and enhancing the service capabilities of the Marketing and Service communications stack. Migrating Oracle Retail to the Cloud and enhancing the Retail Tool chest with Cloud based Micro service. Enhanced the omni channel capabilities of the retail stack after delivering Pro On The Go and Express Pickup as lead architect on those programs. Through the casting of the direct fulfill channel onto an Oracle Retail stack we allowed for our retail store to become mobile stores on wheels and powered by our cellular network via private APN. Enjoyed decomposing and modularizing a legacy monolith into a suite of 7 micro services replatforming the retail frontline workforce authorization and sales-hierarchy capabilities onto Azure in an APIM fronted spring boot services deployed in containers and backed by a Redis cache and authenticated via AzureAD MFA. Loved learning and applying a Salesforce Sales and Service cloud Stack with SHIELD level attribute encryption for my field sales teams and Salesforce Marketing Cloud stack for my marketing teams. Really excited to decomposing and modularizing the enterprise notification system from a legacy monolith into an Azure based Micro Service suite Billions of Dollars from the supply chain to the GL across tens of millions of front line transactions as we support our front line assisted channels to deliver the best possible experience to our most valuable connection - our customers. The trophy chest is full of glass awards but more importantly the memory banks are full of solutions to all kinds of challenges and all kinds learnings. The best part of it is the constant growth, the constant change, and the humbling nature of the precision required as mutually exclusive choices are made when the solutions are crafted. My second favourite part of it is listening to quiet voice of the shy team member as they trust enough to engage, collaborate and contribute, I have found these contributions have the most profound impacts on success! My favourite part is watching team members embrace the success and grow professionally over time as their evolution professionally provides a great satisfaction with the added benefit of increased team capabilities. I really do love it :)
