ABOUT CHRISTOPHER DE MELO

Professional experience in Customer Service Aviation and Leadership experience. I have a solid work ethic as well as an excellent ability to manage and meet the expectations of the customer, which has contributed to the high levels of satisfaction, loyalty and repeat business. My work is focused in the field of Sales as well as sales and marketing, and my goal is to continually grow and develop skills and knowledge to enhance my experience and to provide the best possible support and knowledge as possible. Create a positive experience for all. I have been in charge of many aircraft projects which deal with the painting of the aircraft from a \"green\" state to complete paint scheme, including white glove paint inspection. I have also over seen many interior projects and builds from \"green\" to complete interior builds as well as carrying out the complete white glove inspection and customer delivery of brand new aircrafts. I have a can do attitude, never take no for an answer or get stressed over deadlines or unforseen issues that arise. Teamwork is a key factor in my work and I try to build the best team atmosphere, there is no I in the team. In my current role, I provide sales support to floorplans, interior options, paint schemes and help the customer make their best possible choices to build their aircraft.
