Organizations are lost in the AI hype race and simply stuck between AI pilots that never reach production and their desire to become data-driven companies. I help them get unstuck, use their data responsibly and build AI that actually provides value to their business. I\'m Christopher - Clinical AI & Data Manager/Lead at DRK Kliniken Berlin, where I\'m building the AI and data platform, governance and team from scratch across 5 sites.
