ABOUT CHRISTOPHER CURRAN

I am currently at sky working as an senior android app developer, working on the sky sports application.I have lead in the adoption of jetpack compose being integrated into the sky sports application and the code base is now nearly all written in jetpack compose.I have also lead on discovering the usage of KMM/KMP and it\'s benefits to a multiplatform team. I was an app developer for Tribus digital I was working on multiple applications mainly android but even branched out to flutter application for smaller clients that wanted a cross platform application. I was the lead mobile developer on all applications and worked closely with the delivery managers to make sure we were matching the clients requirements.Prior to Tribus digital I was an android developer working for Sky. During my time at sky, I have been introduced and have learned many different programming languages. I have been involved in web based development but am now prodominatly working in the android app development team.Prior to sky, I have worked within retail for 2 years, and then a customer service role for over 2 years.Working both at sky and my previous roles, I have had the experience of dealing with many situations. It has helped me develop and learn skills such as team working, communication, time management, problem solving, and working independently.
