Managing the delivery of quality products via engineering facilities, incorporating leadership of +500 engineers and engineering vehicles. My main duties, incorporate:Management of JLR’s engineering centres across USA & Southern Europe- Ensure efficient delivery of Jaguar Land Rover’s future vehicles- Lead the management of engineering test plans in USA & South Europe, with vehicle and engineer visits per year- Engage with engineering teams to achieve product gateway through the use of remote and on-site coverage- Manage a strong dynamic team consisting of technicians, drivers and engineers to deliver robust engineering support- Develop resources to deliver formula-e and other automotive disciplines- Create opportunities with external business partners- Implement and maintain JLR’s high engineering centre standards along with health & safety, process management and risk management- Strategy creation and implementation of mobile/static electric charging infrastructures & smart mobility along with tooling, safety methodology- Manage overseas test support fleets and fleet budget including allocation, maintenance, repair, software update and future replenishment- Lead the delivery of in market vehicle robustness- Maintain management of multiple capital streams from concept to delivery- Manage USA & Southern Europe’s facility contracts, budget, forecast and order cover- Voice of the market from customers to engineering- Support and host JLR experience/Formula-e/customer immersion events along with global launch events
