We identify market problems, determine product market fit, design a marketable solution, and build it to pilot. Since taking over this team, we have delivered 1 new concept to pilot and have worked with customers on validating and moving to pilot on a 2nd concept this year.\\\\n\\\\nIn this role, I co-created the New Ventures Group (NVG) with CEO, COO, and CTO support to build out a support network to better mature early opportunities from concept to pilot where the business units would take over ownership.\\\\n\\\\nServe on NCR\'s IP Council to contribute to the planning and strategy of IP focus for NCR and continue to serve of the Patent Review Board to approve concepts for patent filings.\\\\n \\\\n\\\\n \\\\n \\\\n\\\\n \\\\n
