I help individuals and businesses navigate the complexities of income tax planning and compliance—so they can focus on what they do best: running their business or pursuing their goals.My work covers all areas of income tax, with specialized experience in R&D tax credits and M&A consulting. But beyond the technical side, I see my role as an advisor and collaborator. When clients bring me into their decision-making process, I can help them think ahead, plan effectively, and make confident choices that support both short- and long-term success.I’ve learned that minimizing surprises leads to smoother outcomes and stronger partnerships.
