Develop strategies and provide support to ensure that operational and budgetary goals are achieved • Works with the regional teams to drive business results • Implement any changes, controls and/or procedures necessary to improve quality of standards and operational efficiency. • Identifies improvement opportunities and submits business case recommendations to maximize current operations or plan for operational changes, including business synergies. • Identifies, manages, and communicates priorities to regional operational leaders daily to ensure customer expectations are met and exceeded. • Assess reports and results regarding company and departmental goals and objectives • Provides direction, support and coaching to regional management personnel in the fulfillment of their responsibilities and the accomplishment of objectives. • Collects, reviews, and analyzes performance and productivity indicators in all areas daily, weekly and month. Responsible for reporting results during a national weekly review. • Devises action plans as appropriate to address any areas of sub-optimal performance. Works with management personnel to define, coordinate, and develop solutions for department or area specific requirements and solutions. • Provides ongoing support, coaching and development of operations team, including the establishment of annual performance objectives, conducting performance discussions, making compensation recommendations, and conducting succession planning and skill development discussions. • Responsible for all areas of the operation. • Responsible for the operations P&L results.
