   Primarily acts in the Integration/Tech Lead or Architect role with 12 Workday deployments• When working in the Lead role, I have a project team of up to 15 consultants that I am setting the project direction and over all design of the new ecosystem• I am responsible of the integration, reporting, and data conversion workstreams from project kick off to post go live support• When working in the Architect role, I mainly engage directly with the Integration Lead and high level client leadership• The Architect role is really to mentor senior consultants to ensure their projects are being delivered to the highest quality possible• I will engage in the most difficult scenarios to ensure the client is getting exactly what they need, or to level set on how Workday environments are different from their legacy ERP• Works with high level client leadership from a strategic perspective to ensure they are setting themselves up for success in the new direction in a SaaS environment• Designed and built over 250 integrations while acting in the role of Integration Developer• A mix of Workday technology using Studio, EIBs, and Connectors• Partners with the client to understand their business and technical requirements to develop integrations in and out of Workday• Mentor’s junior consultants to develop their technical and soft skills
