Direct administrative operations and policy, personnel, and human resources.• Administered government contracts and oversaw all financial activities for MCMi, ensuring performance according to contract specifications, quality standards, budget, and schedule. Scrutinized contract deliverables, negotiated costs, and ensured actions were justified and cost-effective.• Trailblazed new initiatives, uncovered avenues for automation, and executed plans to streamline processes. Spearheaded new, high-profile initiative and implemented financial controls to govern several hundred million dollars.
