   Christopher Clore is Of Counsel in Quinn Emanuel’s New York Office. Mr. Clore is an experienced trial lawyer and a former federal prosecutor. His practice focuses on white collar criminal matters, regulatory enforcement proceedings, government investigations, internal investigations, and complex civil litigation.Before joining Quinn Emanuel, Mr. Clore served as an Assistant United States Attorney (“AUSA”) in the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Southern District of New York – a division of the United States Department of Justice – where he investigated and prosecuted a wide range of crimes, including market manipulation, wire fraud, racketeering, and narcotics trafficking. Mr. Clore tried five criminal cases to verdict, authored appellate briefs, and argued appeals before the Second Circuit Court of Appeals.During his tenure at the U.S. Attorney’s Office, Mr. Clore also acted as Chief of the Office’s Narcotics Unit and Violent & Organized Crime Unit. As a Unit Chief, Mr. Clore regularly oversaw significant and sensitive investigations and prosecutions involving complex narcotics trafficking and money laundering schemes (both foreign and domestic), and racketeering and firearms offenses. Mr. Clore also supervised multiple trials, reviewing jury addresses, prepping witnesses for cross-examination, and providing broader insight concerning trial strategy.Earlier in his career, Mr. Clore was an associate at a leading law and government relations firm where his practice focused on government enforcement matters, internal investigations, and advising corporate clients on matters involving corporate regulatory compliance.
