July 2024 – Current: Project Manager on a major Divestiture Programme within Investor Services. Oversaw the insourcing of a new vendor SSI solution to replace a legacy application. Owned and delivered several workstreams within a wider off-boarding Programme to move divesting entity away from in-house systems. Jan 2022 – July 2024: Delivered an IT change programme which replaced a legacy trade capture platform with TCS BaNCS product and the associated client migration onto the new platform. Managed the collaboration of Project, Product, Vendor, Operations and Technology resources to kick off the project, build and run the programme plan and deliver against the agreed business case.
