Through organizational diagnostics, leadership advisory, talent strategy, and culture transformation, I help leaders turn insight into action and complexity into clarity.My role is often to ask the questions that make the room uncomfortable — the ones that unlock better decisions.Because transformation doesn’t happen through PowerPoint.It happens when leaders are willing to see the truth, challenge their assumptions, and lead with courage.Over the years, I’ve partnered with executives and organizations navigating growth, change, and organizational complexity. What I’ve learned is simple: strong organizations are built by leaders who align strategy, people, and culture intentionally.But beyond consulting, my most important role is being a father to two daughters.Fatherhood has a way of redefining leadership.
