As the Senior Security Manager for TEAM Schostak Family Restaurants, I oversee and direct all security, loss prevention, and safety duties for over 100 locations across four brands, including Applebee\'s, MOD Pizza, Olga\'s Kitchen, and Wendy\'s. With more than 20 years of experience in the retail and hospitality industry, I have developed a strong expertise in crisis control, investigation, and operational accountability.My mission is to ensure the protection of the company\'s assets, employees, and customers, as well as the compliance with all procedures, policies, and standards. I conduct investigations of both internal and external causes of shortage, associate theft, and organized retail crime, using my Wicklander internal interviewing certification and my bilingual skills in Spanish. I also monitor and support the company\'s safety program, reducing both general liability and workers\' compensation claims, and manage and direct the fire/burglar alarm and CCTV systems for assigned locations. I am passionate about providing excellent customer service, training and developing loss prevention personnel, and collaborating with various stakeholders to achieve the company\'s goals.
