Assisting as a SME for two Go Live\'s over the last two years for multiple sites nationwide and integrating them into current BioPlus Specialty Pharmacy system.Integrating multiple process flows and QA for tickets, routing, troubleshooting and KB editing.Assisting with access, and resolving issues that require multiple teams, including external vendors.Responsible for maintaining personelle coverage for all existing sites related to BioPlus as it relates to IT support for Legacy Systems.Coordinate with Field Support Sr Advisories and T1/T2 teams for effective and efficient ticket resolution- Hardware, Sotware and Mofile issues.Escalation of priority issues related to the replacement of hardware, updating of software and how assoicates/end users go about getting access, requesting equipment, etc.Use of ServiceNow ticket systemOrient and assist new hires with getting their hardware set upTraveled to Site locations to set up site and then relocate site later to a perm locationTravel to related locations as needed to provide in-person support
