ABOUT CHRISTOPHER BURGH
I’ve spent more than 20 years working internationally across health systems, primarily in the UK, Canada, the US, helping organizations tackle some of their toughest challenges. That journey has taken me from early roles in the NHS to being part of the leadership in our Canadian national health advisory practice, always with a focus on making health systems work better for the people they serve.The work has covered everything from service redesign and financial reviews to strategic planning and operational transformation. Whether it’s helping a region rethink how care is delivered or supporting a provider through a major shift in services, I’ve aimed to bring clarity, structure, and momentum to change.What drives me is the belief that health systems should do more than treat illness. We need to move from delivering ‘sick care’ to enabling true health care; proactive, integrated, and built around people’s needs. I believe innovation plays a critical role in that shift. It’s not about chasing the latest trends, but about how we collaboratively find practical ways to do things differently, ways that help teams deliver better outcomes, reduce burnout, and create lasting impact.
