   Since joining Merrill, I\'ve worked hard to increase my professional knowledge and critical skills in diverse investment banking areas including business and marketing plans, goals-based wealth management, prospecting, and sales. I communicate with my clients to identify their goals and provide advice on loan applications. During the early days of the pandemic, I was also assigned to Program to help clients navigate application process. In addition to consistently ranking as a top producer of resolving client questions on the team, where I have resolved thousands of client questions accurately and efficiently, my other contributions have included: • An assignment with Bank of America where I lead a team of 15 financial advisors tasked with assisting applicants with loans, answer questions, and provide information. • A quick transition to work-from-home less than a week after my hire because of COVID-19 pandemic. I quickly upskilled to help with various projects. • Successfully completing and passing Series 7 and Series 66 FINRA exams • I have also expanded my skill in reading tax documents and knowledge about underwriting and loan analyses. I regularly lead WebEx calls, training and providing QA to help my team and colleagues learn best practices and troubleshoot.
