Currently supporting the Quality and Cost teams assisting with both internal audit reviews and IGCE development across all sectors within AAS- Responsible for ensuring internal program teams are documenting all required contractual documentation within the electronic contract file in an effort to ensure the organization is compliant in anticipation of external audits- Assisted various acquisition program teams in scheduling Contract Review Board meetings throughout the Acquisition, Solicitation, and Award stages of the pre-award process and ensuring all required documentation is included within the submitted packages- Responsible for collecting and maintaining invoice and proposal data within a Historical Rate Tool in order to assist the Government in tracking and analyzing cost trends. This tool is also essential in assisting the Government with IGCE development and ensuring data points pulled from the Bureau of Labor and Statistics are tracking in line with industry actuals- Currently providing IGCE development support to all sectors within AAS, primarily for Cost Type contracts.
