I am a CPA with over 20 years experience working in public accounting, primarily as an auditor for privately held companies. During my career, I have led engagement teams serving clients ranging in size from the start-up phase to companies listed on the Forbes 400. In my current role at PwC, I serve privately held companies, including family owned entities, portfolio companies of Private Equity funds, US-based subsidiaries of internationally owned companies, and US headquartered companies with operations abroad. My experience includes assisting clients with their audit and various technical accounting matters related to financial reporting, risk management, mergers & acquisitions and private and public placement offerings. I have worked at PwC my entire career and I love what I do. My passion is building long-term relationships with my clients and helping them meet their needs as they grow their businesses.    I started my career at PwC out of college in 2001 as an associate in the Syracuse office. In 2003, I was promoted to senior associate where I began to lead engagement teams. In 2005, I relocated to the Atlanta office and was promoted to manager in 2006 in the private company services practice. In 2015 I moved to Florida as the firm launched the private company services practice in the state. In my current role as a Partner in assurance I work closely with privately held companies with the primary responsibility of leading their audits. In that capacity I lead engagement teams in coordinating complex audits in accordance with generally accepted auditing standards. I have deep experience in complex consolidation processes, integrating acquisitions and recording purchase accounting, and assisting companies in various phases of their growth cycle.
