Duties include, communication with helicopters, MRP for all standby/support vessels, monitoring weather activity, maintaining correct POB using the VANTAGE computer system, allocation of cabins, inputting passenger weights including freight for all flight manifests, coordinate internal/external inductions as required, maintaining lifeboat/internal muster lists, all marine/muster reports, work orders, vendor/visitor lookahead plans, input of safety observations cards, communications role during muster drills and liaising with OIM and all department heads.May ‘25 - currently Lead admin for the Captain WPP Maintenance program, ongoing for the next 6-9 months on board the Prosafe Safe Caledonia Flotel.
