I am also a developer of leadership approaches based on practical operations experience and my academic background. I am in my last year of my doctoral program in Organizational Psychology, and I also have practical on-the-job experience as a leader in the construction industry. This academic and real-world experience provides me with a unique perspective. With my rare blend of practitioner and academic background, I have been able to produce theoretical concepts and holistic approaches to many organizational problems that I believe need fresh ideas.
