I have been involved with community association management for most of my life, but professionally since 2001: Portfolio Manager, Onsite Manager, and even Board Member. Worked for small and large management companies as direct employee and contract consultant, before going Independent. Licensed Community Association Manager (CAM), Member of Community Associations Institute (CAI), Association of Condominium, Townhouse, and Homeowners Associations (ACTHA), and President of my local chapter of Business Networking International (BNI). Earned Community Association Managers International Certification Board (CAMICB) designation of Certified Manager of Community Associations (CMCA), and CAI\'s designations of Association Management Specialist (AMS) and Professional Community Association Manager (PCAM).
