Georgesons cars were established in 1955 and have been trading from the same site in Anfield Liverpool for almost 70 years. In March 2016 after a short 3 years hiatus, during which time I was working for Mercedes Benz retail group, I returned in order to enable business growth and expansion, and to in order ensure that the organisation was equipped to meet the impending challenges of on line and omni-channel vehicle sales as part of the team carrying out research and development in this area. In 2016, Georgesons acquired a new site in Knowsley, and launched the first ever online only used car sales platform in e-Cars247. The Knowsley site which is now the operational hub, houses our Used Car Preparation Department, Service and Aftersales Department along with our Specialist Mercedes Benz Used Cars Sales Department. Our business has evolved further, and now we have 2 facilities which are selling to our customers via whichever method they prefer, whether this be completing the sales journey entirely on line, face to face or with elements of both, and a well equipped Aftersales & Service facility. Georgesons are now providing thousands of used cars per year to our customer base, which covers the length and breadth of the UK - whilst maintaining an excellent reputation within the industry, and for customer satisfaction. We have developed a robust distance sales process, and we are very proud of the TrustPilot 5 Star Excellent Status which we have maintained for many years now.
