I also provide other attestation engagements such as quality of earnings, compilations, agreed-upon procedures, and audits of employee benefit plans.I primarily focus on manufacturing, distribution, logistics, construction, technology, and life science industries. I have spent substantial time helping clients preparing for an exit transaction, or performing due diligence on a buy side transaction. I provide assistance with technical accounting issues such as business acquisition matters, equity compensation, consolidating financial statements for companies with foreign subsidiaries, and implementation of recent accounting standards such as ASC 606, Revenue from Contracts with Customers and ASC 842, Lease Accounting.
