My primary role has been to generate equipment finance opportunities to present to our credit group for approval. Through cold calling, networking, and bank referrals I have been a consistent top producer for Zions Credit Corporation (subsidiary of Zions Bancorporation). My role has required me to be intimately acquainted with financial analysis. I have presented credit presentations for approval on multiple approval levels including our Senior Loan Committee. My role has also required a detailed knowledge of our documentation, UCC filing and asset titling. I have negotiated numerous multi million dollar documentation packages with outside counsel. Secondarily, I have been in charge of liquidation of our repossessed assets. My experience in repossession has ranged from self help to litigation, including writs of replevin. In addition to these roles, I supervise the account reconciliation interface with our parent company.
