Analyze client data from various sources and identify how to import the data to our system with the best quality- Work with clients to discuss our needs in terms of data quality, and ways to improve processes- Identify and work with clients to resolve FTP connection issues to ensure consistent transfer of data- Understand the way our API works to ensure we can swiftly correct any issues that may arise- Build Ad-Hoc reports and develop metrics via SQL- Use PowerBi to design dashboards to help present metrics and client states to the client data management team- Manage the cutover of client data connections and changes in format to ensure a clean move from one system to another- Analyze issues in client data, identify the breaks in reconciliation between holding records to ensure we have a complete data set- Work with various product or project teams to help scope, test and execute potential process improvements - Manage a book of clients and their data needs- Develop plans and report on statuses of various data and client related projects- Act as a liaison between the technical side of the company and the client face side.
