I am an associate building surveyor with Vail Williams LLP. I am responsible for helping to develop the building surveying offering across the Thames Valley region. My areas of expertise include undertaking building surveys for defect analysis and pre-acquisition purposes, design and contract administration, project management, schedules of condition and project monitoring both in the commercial and residential sectors. Also I have a keen interest in historic buildings and a good working knowledge of building conservation principles.
